It is a myth that “poor countries are doomed to stay poor” and by the year 2035, “there will be almost no poor countries left in the world,” Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist Bill Gateswrites in his latest annual letter about the work of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and conditions in the nations where the foundation works.
